A quick start to your reselling
The humyo reseller package is flexible, easy to use and blends in with your company's branding and systems. In just a few steps you can tailor the services and features available to your customers to suit the plans and tariffs you want to sell. Operations are intuitive thanks to a new control centre based on the usability of the humyo control panel you already know.

User administration and branding
One click on the User tab leads to an overview of your account operations. Here you can edit your organisation's profile including your business/brand name for your online storage solution, choose the colour scheme you want for the user interface and upload your logo. Branding extends to choosing your media player background and even an advert your customers will see when streaming audio and video.
In this section of the control panel, you add your admin and system email addresses and enter redirect URLs for "signup" (with API available), "account page" - where customers are sent to upgrade their accounts (API available) and "terms & conditions" to see the terms of your offering. Your customers are quickly selected from lists and can be contacted from here. A click on Create user account allows you to quickly add new users and put them on the plans you're selling.
Setting and monitoring plans
Key to your profitability is your design of plans and tariffs. With the Plan tab you can easily create different plans to suit your customers based on the many features offered by your online storage service and of course, the space allowances you define.

A double click on a plan produces a list of your customers on that plan for quick overview and editing. You can monitor user activity and see the "last login" details for each plan's customer base as well as deleting plans to suit time-limited promotions in your marketing.
Communication and files
The Messages tab takes you to your messages and allows you to communicate with your customer base. The Files tab leads to customer file overview making it easy to administrate your customer files and guard against offensive material for example.
Integration and billing
As soon as you sign up to resell humyo, you can download our White Paper containing our SOAP APIs. This document will help you to automate the provision of customer accounts as soon as sign up and billing are completed.
For full flexibility, you can use any billing system, provider or mechanism you wish as the sign up URL is simply a redirect to take customers to your existing or preferred sign up method.

We will ensure that you always have the latest security and product updates automatically. Second level technical support is naturally provided for the reseller account holder with a maximum 24 hour response time.
